Wynard Railway Station

As Wynyard station has no natural light, colours were chosen to lift the light levels, therefore giving ease of signage identification. This also gives travellers a feeling of relaxed calm using nature’s peaceful colours of sea and sky whilst waiting for their train. These colours take their eye away from the dreary and dark colours of the train tunnel. These colours have more capacity to shine through dirt and dust that is associated with these commercial areas.
